Biodegradable synthetic-ester EP gear oils (ISO 68-460) for thrusters, some CPP designs and deck equipment; exceed DIN 51517 part 3, VGP compliant.

Description

BIOGEAR XP is a range of biodegradable, high-performance extreme pressure (EP) gear lubricants based on fully saturated synthetic esters with a high degree of renewability. They are designed for sensitive environments where fluid loss can occur. The oils mix with common mineral gear oils but do not emulsify water; water content should stay below 0.1% and free water should be drained regularly.
