Description
Everllence crankcase explosion relief valves are type-approved valves that reduce the risk and consequences of crankcase explosions, and can be used to upgrade older engines.
Prevention checklist
- Use class- and Everllence-approved valves
- Maintain according to manufacturer and Everllence instruction manuals
- Check crankcase tightness
- Maintain and test the oil mist detector, bearing wear monitoring (BWM) and shaft line earthing device
- Keep system oil free of water
