Description
Delo XLI Corrosion Inhibitor – Concentrate is a water-based, low-toxicity, readily biodegradable and nitrite-free carboxylate inhibitor based on patented Organic Additive Technology (OAT). Mixed with water, it gives long-life corrosion protection for all engine metals, including aluminium, iron, copper and solder alloys. It has been proven for at least 32,000 hours in marine and stationary applications and is compatible with glycol-based coolants.

- Marine dosage 6.0–7.5% (minimum 5% by volume); with regular top-ups the cooling water can be treated as fill for life
- Cavitation protection without nitrite; seal compatible; efficient heat transfer
- Biodegradability 92% in 18 days (OECD 301E)
Applications
Cooling water below 100°C, flushing fluid and hot test fluid. Recommended for Detroit Diesel, Deutz, MaK, Everllence (formerly MAN ES) 2- and 4-stroke, MTU 2000/4000, MWM, Scania, Ulstein Bergen, Wärtsilä, Yanmar and Hyundai-Himsen engines.
