About
Sea Engineering, Inc. was founded in 1973 by University of Hawaii graduate students to provide marine-related engineering, construction and diving services. The company is employee owned and has over 90 employees in two offices, in Honolulu and Santa Cruz. Its Hawaii construction, diving and engineering divisions now operate from a single building on North Nimitz Highway.
The company has been a licensed general contractor in Hawaii and has offered commercial diving since 1986, and is a General Member of the Association of Diving Contractors International. Its projects have received ASCE, ACEC and ASBPA awards.
