Everllence lube oil services from Everllence PrimeServ help maintain engine health by monitoring lubricating oil condition and detecting developing mechanical problems early.
Services
- Everllence Multi Fluid Monitor (MFM): plug-and-play real-time monitoring of lube oil performance, quality, degradation and contamination; can trigger engine shutdown when oil degrades rapidly. Documented cases include detection of a small water leak (leading to a cylinder head replacement) and silica contamination that could have caused bearing seizure.
- PrimeServLab: laboratory analysis of fuel oil, lube oil, cooling water and lube-oil separator control samples; more than 8,000 samples analyzed per year, with recommendations to optimize operation and inspections.
- Engine fluids training: hands-on course on fuel and fluid specifications, lubricant selection and interpretation of analyses; held in English at PrimeServ Academies in Augsburg, Germany, or Saint-Nazaire, France, and available as e-learning.
