Description
Aalborg XWi is an exhaust gas boiler for waste heat recovery from engine exhaust gas. Top-mounted steam drums with natural circulation remove the need for circulation pumps.
Key features
- Water tube evaporator generating high-pressure steam
- Optional economizer, superheater, low-pressure evaporator and hot water sections
- Drum can be fitted with electric heating elements for steam generation on shore power

- Engine waste heat recovery on board ships.
