Description
The Everllence retrofit and upgrade portfolio comprises more than 60 solutions from Everllence PrimeServ for in-service marine and power plant engines, turbochargers, GenSets and propellers. Goals include decarbonization, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance and onboard safety.
Two-stroke engines
- Engine optimization, derating and propeller optimization
- Digital and automation upgrades such as EcoTuning and EcoCam to reduce fuel consumption and CO2
- Full dual-fuel conversions for LNG or methanol
- Support for IMO EEXI and CII compliance
Four-stroke engines and GenSets
- SCR systems and exhaust gas recirculation to cut NOx
- Dual-fuel conversions for methanol, LNG and other alternative fuels
- Engine control system and electronic fuel injection upgrades, performance tuning kits
- Alignment with IMO Tier III, EEXI and CII; Pielstick-specific retrofits available
Turbochargers
- Replacement with latest TCT and TCF generation units for two- and four-stroke engines, regardless of engine supplier
- Improved part-load performance for slow steaming and variable-load operation
- Feasibility studies, performance simulations and project execution
CP propellers
- CFD-based optimized blade design considering propeller, hull, rudder and operating profile
- Often combined with power limitation in the remote control system
- Additional devices such as EcoBulb and fairing cones
