Description
Railcar pulling systems from Wintech are used for moving railcars at inland terminals and docks and are available in three configurations.
Key features
- Single winch, one direction
- Two winches, two directions, with integrated controls and a 16 inch bronze drag brake so one winch pulls while the other freespools
- Single winch, two directions with a grooved drum for push-pull use
- Parallel helical gear reducer with final chain drive
- Fabricated steel frame and marine duty paint
Applications
Linepull ranges from 5,000 to 35,000 lbs and linespeed from 5 fpm to 30 fpm.
