BP Series Electric Winches
Electric winches of 500 to 6,000 lb capacity with enclosed helical gear reducer and electromagnetic brake.
Description
BP Series electric winches cover 500 to 6,000 lb capacity. They use a direct drive, fully enclosed gear reducer with parallel helical gearing and NEMA design D totally enclosed fan cooled motors with high starting torque, built for dependable pulling and positioning of loads.

- Automatic electromagnet brakes, stops and holds the load on power interruption
- Welded steel frame with bolt-down provision
- Drum mounted on ball and roller bearings
- Sandblasted, primed and painted finish
Applications
Options include NEMA 1 and NEMA 4 starter panels, marine grade motor and reducer, longer or shorter drums, an adjustable torque limiter disengaging clutch, explosion-proof motors, a rotary limit switch and grooved drums.
