Description
Thrustmaster Hydraulic Outboard Propulsion Units are self-contained thruster packages for main propulsion and positioning of barges, platforms and river craft. A simple barge or unpowered vessel can be converted in as little as a few hours to less than a week, without modifying the hull.

- Power ratings from 75 hp (55 kW) to 3,000 hp (2,250 kW)
- Fully proportional propeller speed control in forward and reverse while the engine runs at constant speed
- Especially suited to shallow, brown-water operation where debris or shallow bottoms are a problem
Configurations
- Integrated, Workmaster and Modular hydraulic outboard propulsion unit versions
- Options include hydraulic kick-up of the outdrive, hydraulic propeller depth adjustment, remote control panels and choice of engines
- Can form part of Thrustmaster's Portable Dynamic Positioning System
