Everllence Marine Turbochargers
Exhaust gas turbocharger range for two-stroke and four-stroke marine engines on MDO, HFO and gas: TCP, TCF, TCR radial, TCT and TCA axial, TCX and ECOCHARGE two-stage, VTA and ETB, covering 600 kW to 30,000 kW per turbocharger.
Description
Everllence turbochargers (formerly MAN Energy Solutions) are exhaust gas turbochargers for low-, medium- and high-speed engines, in operation on more than 65,000 two-stroke propulsion and four-stroke auxiliary and propulsion engines running on MDO, HFO and gas. The range covers engine outputs from 600 kW up to 30,000 kW per turbocharger, each matched to the engine.

- TCP radial turbocharger: pressure ratios up to 7; 800–5,800 kW
- TCF radial turbocharger: 20% higher specific flow, allowing smaller or fewer turbochargers; 1,000–7,200 kW
- TCR radial turbocharger: reduced size and weight; 600–6,850 kW
- TCT axial turbocharger for IMO Tier III two-stroke engines: downsizing, easier maintenance, higher efficiency; 7,500–24,030 kW
- TCA axial turbocharger: simple maintenance and long overhaul intervals; 5,400–32,400 kW
- TCX for two-stage turbocharging of four-stroke diesel and gas engines; 8,500–23,300 kW
- ECOCHARGE compact two-stage unit with charge air pressures above 10 bar, enabling improved Miller timing for IMO Tier III, lower SFOC and NOx, and improved dynamic response
- VTA (variable turbine area): continuous optimization of charge air delivery at all engine loads and speeds
- ETB blower designed for continuous operation in EcoEGR applications in Tier III and Tier II Eco mode
