Wärtsilä Voyage Frontier is a 24/7 voyage optimisation advisory service. Maritime specialists combine nautical and meteorological expertise with weather data and vessel performance information to guide operators before, during and after each voyage. It is an optional service within the Wärtsilä Fleet Optimisation Solution (FOS).
Service scope
- Pre-voyage planning: creation or review of voyage plans optimised for weather, vessel performance and commercial constraints
- Real-time routing: monitoring of conditions and updated routing advice during the voyage
- Performance monitoring: detection of underperformance, maintenance advice and analysis of ETA deviations
- Charter party support: compliance support and documentation for claims
