Wärtsilä Exhaust Treatment Lifecycle Services keep scrubber systems compliant, reliable and efficient, for both Wärtsilä and other makes of exhaust gas cleaning systems.

- Field services – certified engineers for on-site troubleshooting, repairs, commissioning and preventive maintenance
- Lifecycle upgrades – system modernisation and compliance upgrades
- 24/7 technical support – remote diagnostics via Wärtsilä Online services
- Pre-docking inspections – system assessments, compliance verification and performance benchmarking
- Training – crew and office training onboard, online or in a classroom via Wärtsilä Land and Sea Academy
Service agreements
A typical agreement can include a dedicated contract manager, scheduled maintenance and inspections, yearly calibration of CEMS and water monitoring equipment, OEM spare parts and consumables, a remote access cabinet and a 24/7 support line. Wärtsilä recommends a full service, inspection and calibration by its engineers at least once a year, in addition to daily checks and monthly crew maintenance.
