VETUS Energy Storage for Electric Propulsion
48 V battery banks for VETUS electric propulsion: VELF LiFePO4 lithium batteries (12/24/48 V, 100–300 Ah), AGM deep-cycle batteries and BCLF lithium chargers (30–80 A).
Description
VETUS energy storage covers the batteries and chargers for VETUS electric propulsion, which requires a 48 VDC battery bank. VETUS offers AGM deep-cycle and LiFePO4 lithium batteries.

- AGM deep-cycle – sealed, maintenance-free, no free electrolyte; eight models; can be discharged up to 70%

Indicative consumption for a 6 m (1.1 t) displacement boat:
- 0.7 kW at 6 km/h (3.3 knots)
- 2.1 kW at 8.8 km/h (4.7 knots)
- 4.1 kW at 11 km/h (5.9 knots)
