VETUS E-DRIVE electric propulsion: E-LINE inboard shaft motors (5–22 kW, air- or liquid-cooled) with Swap & Go mounts, the 10 kW E-POD all-in-one pod, and the M2HSET hybrid set for M2 diesels.

Description

VETUS E-DRIVES are electric propulsion systems for boats, connected via the VETUS V-CAN CAN-bus system. The range covers in-line propeller shaft motors (E-LINE), a complete pod drive (E-POD) and a hybrid set for VETUS diesels.

E-LINE inboard motors

Fit existing propulsion foundations and shaft installations; supplied Swap & Go brackets adjust in height and set shaft angle to 0° or 8°, simplifying repowering
Air-cooled: E-LINE Air 5 kW (also 24 V version), E-LINE Air 7 kW
Liquid-cooled: 6, 8, 11 and 22 kW; the 22 kW is the highest output in the range, for any shaft-drive vessel, newbuild or refit
Optional fresh water cooling set and keel cooling set

E-POD 10 kW

Combines motor, suspension, cooling, gearbox, clutch, propeller shaft and propeller in one unit
Removes the need for an engine box and through-hull shaft, freeing floor space

M2HSET hybrid set

Adds electric cruising to VETUS M2.13 and M2.18 2-cylinder marine diesels, for newbuilds and retrofits

A VETUS E-DRIVE configuration tool helps size the motor and battery setup from boat data and desired range.

Onboard IT Networks & IP Telephony (Kerio)

Kerio Control next-generation firewall with VLAN management, MyKerio remote management, usage reporting, and Kerio Operator VoIP phone system for onboard IT networks.
