Description
Quantum-8 is a lightweight, high-strength, torque-free 8-strand rope using Samson's DPX fiber technology for abrasion and cut resistance and a higher coefficient of friction than other HMPE ropes. It floats, grips on a winch or capstan, resists compression on the winch, spools well on drums and retains its shape with use. An orange Samthane coating gives high visibility.
