B-Stage Epoxy Systems
Partially cured one part epoxies that are solid at room temperature and fully cure on reheating, including EP36 Series preforms in 22 or 30 gram sizes.
Description
B-stage epoxies are partially reacted systems that complete cross-linking when reheated. They eliminate measuring and mixing and can be deposited in advance without curing immediately. The EP36 Series is supplied as solid one-component preforms ('cookies') of 22 or 30 grams that liquefy under controlled heat and cure into a tough encapsulant.

- EP36FR – flame retardant
- EP36AO – thermally conductive, electrically insulative, NASA low outgassing
