Master Bond Consumable
Structural Epoxy Adhesives
One and two component structural epoxies that produce assemblies mechanically equivalent to or stronger than metal-fastened parts, at lower cost and weight.
Description
Master Bond one and two component structural adhesives bond similar and dissimilar substrates and distribute stress over the whole bonded area instead of concentrating it at fasteners. They insulate against galvanic corrosion in metal assemblies, seal against liquids and gases, and resist cyclic fatigue.
Featured grades
- Supreme 10HT – one part epoxy, oven cured at 250–300°F, for composites; NASA low outgassing approved; serviceable from 4K to +400°F
- Supreme 42HT-2 – toughened high temperature epoxy resistant to acids, bases, solvents, fuels and oils; -80°F to +450°F
- Supreme 11AOHT-LO – thermally conductive, toughened paste with a one to one mix ratio; NASA low outgassing
Applications
Structural bonding of metals, composites and dissimilar materials where weight saving and corrosion isolation matter.
