Custom, built-to-spec heavy-lift crane electromagnets for steel production, steel service distribution and fabrication. They handle heavy plate, slabs, billets and bundled long products below the hook.

- WRL Series Rectangular Heavy Lift Electromagnets (Walker Magnetics): lift plates, slabs and billets of all sizes
- Bi-Polar Heavy Lift Electromagnets: handle bundles of pipe, tubing, rebar, bar stock, plate, structural shapes, castings and forgings
- Compatible with the Controlmaster Solid State Controller and the PCCU combination rectifier/controller
- Supported by the Heavy Lift Battery Back-Up System, which provides 20 minutes of emergency power on crane power loss
Applications
Plate and structural steel handling in steel mills, steel service centers and fabrication shops.
