- Repair and Refurbishing: carried out at IMI's northern Michigan facility; quote within 5 business days and a 12-month warranty on repairs
- Turnaround of 3-5 weeks for Walker-brand scrap magnets and 12-14 weeks for non-Walker scrap or heavy-lift magnets
- Preventative Maintenance: on-site inspection, pull tests, part replacement and staff training
- Magnetic Plant Inspection: coil and ground resistance testing, plus checks of pole shoe wear, welds, chain pins and lift lugs
- R&D Lab: a 1,400 sq. ft. lab for simulated application testing, with results in 7-10 business days
