About
The company traces its origins to 1974, when Elsinore Shipyard asked Rockwool to make specialized panels, which led to Rockwool TNF. In 1979 the department became an independent company, Rockment A/S. In 1993 Sweden's INEXA Holding acquired TNF Rockment, which became TNF Inexa. Ownership passed to Luka Martinsen in 2016.
Production moved from Hedehusene, Denmark to Nantong, China in 2007 and then to Weihai, Shandong in 2022. Inexa TNF is certified to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and OHSAS 18001:2007, and its products carry approvals from relevant marine classification societies. It is part of the Marine Interior Denmark network.
