Enwa was founded in 1996 and has grown into a water treatment and industrial wastewater treatment specialist with a strong presence across Scandinavia and niche operations in the UK and Germany, working both on land and at sea. Since 2024 it has been a member of the EnviroWater Group, a European network of water treatment companies.
The company has approximately 130 employees and annual revenue of around €40 million. It covers the full project lifecycle, from water analysis, pilot testing and consulting to engineering (CAD/design), project management, installation, service and maintenance. Enwa holds ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 certification; Enwa Water Technology AS holds Achilles Global Silver, and its Sandefjord site is Eco-Lighthouse certified.
