Trailer Bridge ships cars, trucks, SUVs, specialty vehicles and vehicle fleets to and from the Caribbean using its private fleet of roll-on/roll-off (RoRo) barges, with multiple weekly sailings from the Port of Jacksonville.

- Routes with published shipping instructions: Jacksonville, FL to Puerto Rico (southbound), San Juan to Jacksonville (northbound) and Puerto Rico to the Dominican Republic
- Vehicle drop-off and pick-up in Jacksonville at the Blount Island terminal
- Used electric vehicles are no longer accepted for transport
