Description
MaRINA Manager is described as the first scheme for certifying professional roles operating in the tourist marina sector and is recognised on a national level. It makes the skills of the people managing and directing tourist marinas recognisable and well defined, and supports the technical and administrative management of the port facility.

- Certifiable roles: Port Director, Harbor Manager (Deputy Director), Technical Manager of the Marina (Operator/Bosun) and Port Services Attendant
- Certification requires passing a dedicated exam
- An optional preparatory course is offered; it covers topics such as leadership, coaching and human resources management
