Zinus Shore Power Cruiser
Semi-automatic, battery-electric portable unit that lays and connects 6.6/11 kV high-voltage shore power cables to cruise ships, with approx. 30-minute connection for a 60 m cable; IEC 80005-1 cable management.
Description
The Zinus Shore Power Cruiser is a portable, semi-automatic unit for delivering high-voltage shore power to cruise vessels. A remote-controlled mini picker rolls cable out from a trailer along the quay, connects it to shore panels, and lifts and plugs it into the vessel with its telescopic arm.

- Three roles: towing the cable trailer, handling cables and connectors, and maintaining plugs and cables between port and ship
- Battery-electric drive for zero-emission travel along the quay
- Manual control, prepared for integrated touch-screen operation and built-in switchgear
- Optional semi-automatic system that recognises vessels and prepares the connection before docking; can coordinate with any converter vendor
- Overload protection and designed weak point in the structure
- Cable management per Plug Solution PAS IEC 80005-1; CE marked under Norwegian regulations
