Dual-frequency 325/650 kHz CHIRP mechanical scanning sonar with 360° field of view and up to 300 m range for larger ROVs; rated to 4000 m.
Description
The Super SeaKing DST is a dual-frequency mechanical scanning sonar and Tritech's obstacle avoidance sonar for larger ROVs. Two mechanically scanned sonars share one pressure housing, using a Digital Sonar Technology (DST) composite transducer and CHIRP technology.
