Wet-mate underwater connectors combining signal and power, 1 to 25 contacts at 600 V and 10 A per contact; the original SubConn® design from 1978.

Description

The SubConn® Circular series combines signal and power in a single wet-mate connector and is the basis of most SubConn® products. First introduced in 1978, it comes in several standard shell sizes with 1 to 25 contacts rated at 600 V and 10 A per contact. Connector bodies are chloroprene rubber; bulkheads are available in brass, stainless steel, titanium, anodised aluminium or PEEK, and contacts are gold-plated brass. ## Key features - 1 to 25 contacts, 600 V, 10 A per contact - Mini 1-contact, Splitconn 2-contact and right-angle 6/8/10-contact variants - Bulkhead, inline, overmould, dummy and PBOF configurations - Qualified pressure tested to 1,400 bar mated and 800 bar open face - Insulation resistance > 200 MΩ, contact resistance < 0.01 Ω, > 500 wet matings ## Applications Marine, offshore and renewable energy subsea systems, naval systems, oceanographic instrumentation, ROV/ROTV, cameras and lighting, ocean bottom seismic and diving systems.
