Maxi Marine Coil Electric – MMCE
Marine hot water heater combining a scale-resistant coil (e.g. engine cooling surplus heat) with INCOTEC immersion heaters configurable 5–250 kW, 230–690 V.
Description
Maxi Marine Coil Electric – MMCE combines a built-in smooth-piped, scale-resistant heating coil with integrated INCOTEC electric immersion heaters. It can run on either source or both together, allowing use of external energy such as surplus heat from the vessel's engine cooling system with electric back-up. The TURBO MARINE SYSTEM is available as an add-on.
Key features
- Electrical configuration 5–250 kW, 230–690 V; standard heating elements 3 x 5 kW
- Thermostats adjustable 40–70°C (preset 60°C), 60–90°C optional
- 10 bar maximum operating pressure; storage up to 90°C
- Standard volumes 200 L – 15 000 L
- ISOFLEX insulation, cellular rubber on request
- Safety valve 10 bar / 99°C (discharge capacity 146 kW)
Applications
Hot water production on ships and offshore units that combine engine waste heat with electric heating.
