Description
The Translift MJ1400REH is an electric-hybrid RTG crane that uses a small electric generator and a diesel engine of under 200 hp. The engine runs only while charging the batteries and supplies average power rather than the peak power that typical diesel-hydraulic or diesel-electric cranes require, which reduces fuel consumption and emissions.
