AirGuard™ Portable Breathing Air Filtration and Monitoring System
Battery-powered portable breathing air system that filters compressed air and monitors CO, dew point and CFM flow to OSHA Grade D; 15 to 100 CFM versions.
Description
AirGuard™ is a portable breathing air filtration and monitoring system that meets NFPA and OSHA Grade D breathing air requirements. A three-stage filter train removes oils, solid particles, water and odors, while sensors monitor carbon monoxide, differential dew point and CFM flow. A USB data logger records results for OSHA compliance.

- Three-stage filtration: 5 micron, 0.01 micron and carbon adsorber
- CO sensor 0 to 50 ppm; dew point -20 °F to ambient; low-flow alarm at <5 CFM
- Versions from 15 to 100 CFM with one to eight Hansen or Schrader outlets
- Backlit 7" color display and audio alarm
- Rechargeable battery with 10-hour runtime; inlet pressure up to 150 psi
- UL 61010 approval (U.S. and Canada); calibration kit and remote alarm accessories
