Offline unit using polar attraction in cellulose VRi inserts to remove dissolved and suspended varnish precursors from oil, including during hot operation.
Description
The CJC® Varnish Removal Unit (VRU) removes dissolved and suspended soft contaminants from oil systems, even during hot operation. Hot oil is drawn from the tank, varnish precursors are captured in cellulose-based VRi inserts by polar attraction, and clean oil is returned without chemicals, beads or additive depletion. Clean oil gradually dissolves existing varnish deposits.
