ABS-classed A-1, Maltese Cross oceangoing deck barges, US-flagged and Jones Act compliant, from 140' x 40' x 9' up to the 400' x 99'9" x 20' MARMAC 400.
Description
McDonough's oversized open ocean deck barges are built to U.S. Coast Guard and American Bureau of Shipping requirements and classed A-1, Maltese Cross for all-oceans service. They are US-flagged and Jones Act compliant; two MARMAC units are Mexican-flagged. The largest, MARMAC 400, measures 400' x 100' x 20' and has an internal ballast system and 4,500 PSF deck strength.
