Seabed-to-shore tsunami early warning system developed with MSM Ocean, using acoustic instruments and an IALA compliant buoy.
Description
The Tsunami Early Warning System (TEWS) provides vulnerable coastal communities with early warning of an approaching tsunami wave. It was developed, supplied and maintained in partnership with MSM Ocean and combines Sonardyne acoustic instruments with an IALA compliant buoy and shore control centre software.
