Description
A cable turntable (carousel) is a demountable platform used to store, transport and pay out cable, umbilicals or flexible pipeline during loading and installation, working alongside tensioners and loading towers to protect the minimum bend radius. Oceanteam engineers its carousels in-house and owns a pool of them for rental worldwide.

- Each carousel comprises a basket and a foundation grillage with roller rings
- Driven by hydraulic motors from a containerized electric HPU, controlled by a remote control unit

- Built to DNV-ST-N001 and other applicable offshore standards
